According to the Manitowoc Police Department report

Officers responded to the area of Dale Street Park, 3700 block of Dale Street, after receiving a report of kids causing noise and acting suspicious.

While several kids ran from the park, the 17-year-old started walking toward an officer, yelling and reaching into his back pocket. The officer drew his gun and demanded the man show his hands. Woman who fell from porch was drunk, police say

MANITOWOC Police Monday arrested a 42-year-old Manitowoc woman who allegedly drove her vehicle while highly intoxicated after she had fallen from a second-story porch and was bleeding from the head.

According to the Manitowoc Police Department report:

An officer questioned the woman who was stopped in a driveway in the 1200 block of South 24th Street, near her home, with her headlights off.

"I just want to go home," she told police.

The officer smelled intoxicants on her breath and noticed her speech was slurred and her eyes were bloodshot and watery. An improvised smoking device and a plastic bag with marijuana were found in her vehicle.

She was taken to jail for a second-offense possession of marijuana and an operating while intoxicated hold.
Man allegedly threatened to shoot officer in the face

MANITOWOC A 24-year-old Manitowoc man who allegedly threatened officers was arrested for disorderly conduct on Monday.

An officer responded to a residence in the 3100 block of Meadow Lane after receiving a report of suspicious activity. He smelled the heavy odor of marijuana coming from the residence. Officers found pipes and other smoking devices, a baggie of marijuana, a baggie of marijuana seeds and a drug scale in the residence.

The police K-9 found additional bags of marijuana inside a dresser drawer and a duffel bag. Police recovered a total of 370 grams of marijuana.
