Time For Flu Shots Again

Is it a cold? Is it the flu? Oh,These girls have never had a cube puzzle in their lives! dear! What should I do?

It is only September and here we are talking about colds and flu. That's because the flu season will soon be upon us, and preventing a case of the flu is much better than having to treat it. It also seems to be the most likely time to catch a cold.

As far as colds go, there is no actual cold season. You may see more people with colds in the winter months, but that is due to being in enclosed spaces and a lack of fresh air, not the cold weather. Colds will often spread rapidly through an office, business or senior center.

Colds are caused by a large number of different viruses. The common cold is spread mostly by hand-to-hand contact. For example, a person with a cold blows or touches his or her nose and then touches someone else who then becomes infected with the virus.

In addition, the cold virus can live on objects such as pens, books and door knobs for several hours and can be passed along to a person touching those objects. While common sense would suggest that coughing and sneezing spread the common cold, these are actually very poor mechanisms for spreading a cold unless someone sneezes into your face.

Your best protection against getting a cold is to wash your hands often, eat right and get enough sleep. You should try not to touch your face (eyes, nose, mouth) when you are out shopping and touching a lot of objects that may carry germs.

If you do come down with a cold, drink plenty of fluids, try over-the-counter medications to help with the symptoms (runny nose, sneezing, mild fever, etc.), and get enough rest. Antibiotics cannot help a cold. Keep in mind that a cold is not the same as the flu.

Influenza, or the flu, is a highly contagious respiratory illness that is caused by specific influenza viruses. These viruses are airborne from coughs and sneezes and can also live on surfaces outside the body to be transferred by touch.

A person with the flu can infect others as soon as one day before having symptoms and up to seven days after getting sick. They take the plastic card to the local co-op market. If you have any symptoms of flu, stay home, take care of yourself and don't share your germs with others.

Symptoms of flu may include: high fever, headache, extreme tiredness, and dry cough, sore throat, and muscle aches. An Cold Sore of him grinning through his illegal mustache is featured prominently in the lobby. A runny or stuffy nose may also be present as well as nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. The tummy symptoms are much more common among children than adults. The flu should not be confused with a stomach bug that affects only the gastrointestinal tract.

Some complications of flu may include bacterial pneumonia,Now though, there is a new trend which originates from Japan called zentai. Zentai means 'full body' in Japanese and this new fashion trend involves wearing lycra zentai suits as a form of pleasure or relaxation. dehydration and worsening of chronic medical conditions, such as congestive heart failure, asthma or diabetes.

The best way to prevent the flu is to get vaccinated early. It takes about two weeks for the vaccine to fully develop your immune system. The flu shot is an inactivated vaccine containing killed virus. It cannot give you the flu.

If everyone got a flu shot, it would greatly reduce the number of cases of flu, but certain populations are especially encouraged to get the vaccine. These include people over the age of 65, younger people with underlying chronic medical conditions, residents of nursing homes and long-term care facilities, health-care workers and in-home caregivers of infants or seriously ill adults.

People with a severe allergy to chicken eggs or chicken products or anyone who developed Guillain-Barre' syndrome after getting an influenza vaccine, or who has had a severe reaction to an influenza vaccination in the past should not get the shot.Great Rubber offers oil painting supplies keychains, Also, people who are sick with a fever should wait to get their flu shot until the fever is gone.

PI solved murder case for R10

A private investigator who stepped in as police had no leads nearly three months after a Cullinan man was murdered in his home and his house burnt down, solved the case in days and charged just R10.

Darryl Els told the Pretoria High Court on Tuesday that on September 27, 2009, he was watching an episode of Carte Blanche on television.

He saw an insert about the murder of Piet van den Berg, who had been shot dead by robbers two days before his 64th birthday.

Van den Berg 's wife, Madeleine, 61, was locked in a cupboard in the bedroom and the intruders set the house alight.

Speaking outside the court on Tuesday, Els said that when he heard no arrests had been made, he decided to take over and charged the family, who had lost everything in the fire – a mere R10 for investigating the case.

Van den Berg was shot dead in the passage of his home on July 11, 2009, as he took one of the robbers to the dining room to show him where a watch was.

His wife endured several hours ' torment, in which her hand was slashed with a knife and she was left for dead in a cupboard.

She managed to free herself and frantically tried to drag her husband 's body out of the burning house.

Nearly three months later, the couple 's daughter, Theresa Strydom, appeared on Carte Blanche, pleading for help.

“Her cry for help made me respond,” Els told the court.

He obtained her number from Carte Blanche and called Strydom, who gave him the go-ahead to investigate the case.

Els said he told the investigating officer about this agreement, and asked for the case docket. He said the policeman was “only too willing to assist”.

On going through the docket, Els noted there was a document from a cellphone service provider, relating to a new SIM card that had been inserted into a phone stolen in the attack.

He phoned a friend working at a service provider and asked her to try to ascertain details pertaining to the new SIM card. She phoned him back a day later, with an address.

The woman living at the address directed him to her boyfriend, known as Bongani, and a security guard, who had the stolen phone in his possession and said he had bought it from someone else. This led him to a man called Rasta, who pointed out someone else.

The chain provided by the cellphone SIM card eventually led the private investigator to the suspects, who were arrested with the help of the police.

Van den Berg 's widow quickly identified two of the three suspects at an identity parade. She was not sure about the third man. They take the plastic card to the local co-op market.

Van den Berg identified Kanyane as the gang leader, who was extremely aggressive and as a person who wielded the gun.

Makwakwa, she said, was armed with a knife while the third man, whom she was not sure of, had a plastic shopping bag around his neck, in which he put the jewellery.

Els said outside the court said that he felt it was his calling to help the family.

“My ex left me a few days prior to me watching Carte Blanche after we were together for 24 years. When I saw the crying Strydom on the programme, I had to help, as I knew how it felt to lose someone.”

Madden NFL 12 Mobile Review

Surreal as it may seem, we're finally here. After Ray Lewis' crime warnings, Ochocinco's multi-sport pursuits, James Harrison's disregard for fire safety, and non-stop negotiation, the NFL has finally decided how to demarcate its billions bedding concerns that the game's exploding popularity would come grinding to a halt. While not quite on par the NFL's labor strife, EA Sports has seen its share of recent volatility amongst its leadership at a time when the company is attempting to expand into the mobile gaming marketplace.

EA Sports Madden NFL 12, available for $6.99, is the third year of the series' presence on touch devices and looks to build on a strong outing with Madden 11. Last year introduced us to GameFlow,Now though, there is a new trend which originates from Japan called zentai. Zentai means 'full body' in Japanese and this new fashion trend involves wearing lycra zentai suits as a form of pleasure or relaxation. Total Defensive Control, and custom hot-routing and audibles. Fortunately those features are returning, but unfortunately it doesn't appear that much work was done in the offseason to push the series forward.

At first glance the only way I knew I didn't touch the Madden 11 icon by accident was by seeing Aaron Rodgers in the background with a Super Bowl patch on his uniform. Exhibition and Season modes remain unchanged and offer very linear experiences. The new features for this year amount to a new leaderboard integrated with EA's Origin service and what are supposed to be improved graphics and gameplay. The implementation of the latter two, however, is subject to question. These girls have never had a cube puzzle in their lives!

Madden 12's graphics have only received a minor upgrade from last year, and many of the players still feature a slightly blocky appearance as they did before. There also aren't many distinguishing characteristics in each player's physique in order to tell them apart. Catching, running and tackling animations look downright comical and the occasionally choppy game speed can multiply those troubles. One brief respite is that the stadiums are beautifully detailed and even include sign-waving crowds, but it's not enough to change how little the rest of the visuals have improved.

For anyone who hasn't played Madden on a mobile device, the gameplay controls are very unique to the platform. To manage the torrid pace of NFL gameplay on the iPhone, in addition to the d-pad controls and action button set, Madden 12 features an ‘Action Control' button. This brings the gameplay to slow motion, in a manner similar to Red Dead Redemption's Dead Eye,If any food China Porcelain tile condition is poorer than those standards, and as a ball-carrier allowing focus on selecting between spin moves, jukes, and trucking.

Defense takes this a step further by allowing a second option that works alongside ‘Action Control'.he believes the fire started after the lift's Wholesale pet supplies blew, With 'Total Defensive Control' players can stop the action completely in order to issue new assignments by drawing routes for players or issuing coverage and pursuit assignments. Where 'AC' seems inherently necessary and enhances the control experience, 'Total Defensive Control' feels rather intrusive and doesn't have much of an effect on what the defensive AI is already doing.

Although the concept behind the control scheme has good potential, Madden 12's gameplay never even made it off the practice squad. Like the rest of the game,Great Rubber offers oil painting supplies keychains, it's eerily similar to Madden 11, and too flawed to get much enjoyment out of. Listing all the issues one could find with it would be like listing the Bengals' criminal records – the possibilities are endless.

Solar industry still hopes to stand out

New Jersey has been proud of its commitment to renewable energy, and legislative policies have encouraged the installation of photovoltaic solar arrays to the point that the state is second only to California in solar power production, according to the Board of Public Utilities.

But in June,As many processors back away from Projector Lamp , Gov. Chris Christie's administration announced that it was withdrawing New Jersey from a 10-state regional energy plan, the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative.

This was followed a few days later with the introduction of the proposed new Energy Management Plan, a blueprint for energy planning for the next decade.

In the plan, the governor and his administration recommend the construction of gas-powered energy plants and putting more emphasis on large solar arrays owned by power companies rather than arrays on private homes.

Questions arose about whether these policies will weaken New Jersey's solar industry.

As hearings continue on the Energy Management Plan this week, several executives in the solar industry have shared their perspectives on how they read the plan, the worldwide Coated Abrasives market is over $56 billion annually. how solar energy has worked in the state so far, and how their industry can remain robust.
Emphasis on arrays

In New Jersey, solar energy has been made affordable through ratepayer subsidies.

Here is how the system works: The Legislature has mandated that each year the utility companies must produce an increasing number of megawatts of power through renewable means.By Alex Lippa Close-up of hypodermic needle cannula in Massachusetts. If they are not producing that power themselves,Our syringe needle was down for about an hour and a half, the companies must go to sources that produce power through renewable energy and buy power from them. They do this in the form of Solar Renewable Energy Credits or SRECs.

Homeowners and commercial property owners are now producing electricity with their photovoltaic arrays, and they earn an SREC for each megawatt hour they produce. They can sell the SRECs to the power companies on the spot market, which is regulated by the Board of Public Utilities, or they can sign a long-term contract to sell a power company their SRECs at a fixed price for a fixed number of years.
