Sebanyak 55 subkontraktor yang menjadi mitra PT Istaka Karya, salah satu kontraktor pembangunan tol Semarang-Solo, mengancam akan memblokade tol ruas Semarang-Ungaran jika pembayaran belum juga dilakukan.

Speaking of data, we also signed renewal agreements recently with Target, Yahoo! and Google. The multi-year agreement with Google for entertainment data supports a wide range of Google services in multiple regions around the globe, extending and expanding our previous relationship. As part of this new agreement, Google will use our rich metadata to enhance its search and shopping services and allow its users to find rich media content about their favorite music, artist, movies and actors.

Additionally, the data will be used to expand information available around YouTube videos and YouTube rental offerings where, as we announced on the last call, Google uses our Rovi entertainment store movie service for film and television content.

We expect the data to also help power Google entertainment and retail initiatives including Android retail initiatives, enabling users to discover new shows and movies, find accurate and timely information about their favorite TV programs and purchase content on Android devices.

Turning to the Rovi entertainment store, I'm pleased with the number of recent developments, including progress with studios, retailers and device manufacturers. On the studio front, we're seeing continued interest on a direct-to-consumer strategy as studios attempt to recapture profits lost to subscription video. For example, we recently agreed to power a major studio's video service inside a media-focused, user-generated social networking site, which I expect to be able to discuss in the future in further detail. The works of Frank Cardozo Nicholas (1922 ¨C 2003), an accomplished fine artist who spent his last 30 years living and painting on Cape Cod, will be on exhibition in Men and the Sea, at the Cape Cod Museum of September 10 ¨C November 27. This is the first solo museum exhibit of Nicholas's work.

Men and the Sea, an exhibition of 30 oil paintings including large works, is a series drawn from the artist's closely researched Narrative Impressions cycle. Painted between 1955 and 1998, with most works created in the 1980s in his sky-lit West Barnstable studio, the series focuses on the fishermen who sailed the North Atlantic waters from Newfoundland to Long Island in wooden schooners at the turn of the 20th century. The artist was also a prize winner at the Mystic Maritime Gallery's 1989 Annual International Competition in Mystic, Connecticut; six Men and the Sea works remained on exhibit at the Mystic Maritime Gallery for a year.

Frank Cardozo Nicholas, an early supporter in the founding years of the Cape Cod Museum of Art, is represented in the museum's permanent collection, as well as in private and corporate collections. His diverse work has been exhibited widely in galleries and art institutions ranging from Maine to Florida. The most recent exhibition of his work, Narrative Impressions: Native American Selections, drawn from another Cape-influenced series, received great public response at the Cultural Center of Cape Cod in September 2009.

Bethesda gets new solar electric vehicle charging station

What's 18 feet tall with six solar panels and stands in a parking lot between a gas station and a Sun Trust Bank in Bethesda?

It's Maryland's newest "green" innovation — a Solar Power Pole. It's the state's first high-efficiency, sun-tracking electric vehicle solar charging station. The 1,410-watt, six-panel solar array, compact enough to fit in a grassy planter in the middle of a parking lot, will charge two electric vehicles at a time.

The installation of the station in Bethesda now means there are at least a half-dozen electric vehicle charging stations in Montgomery County.If so, you may have a zentai .

The pole was unveiled with much fanfare Monday, during a mid-morning ceremony featuring Gov. At the water's edge, where seagulls sit on the skeleton of the destroyed fish market and warehouses, 52-year-old Choya Goto fixes a boom on his fishing boat, bent from lifting debris out of the harbor.

A third-generation fisherman, he represents the town's chief source of income. He has lost friends, home, truck and just about everything else, but considers himself fortunate.

"I only have my boat and my family, but I'm happy," he says with a smile, standing near his 22-year-old son, Yuuki.

His is one of only 50 boats out of 1,000 that survived intact and only because he remembered the advice of old-timers and took it out to sea immediately after the tsunami warning sirens wailed. From the bay, he watched the waves hit his town.

When he returned the next day, weaving around entire houses and other debris, he found the unimaginable: Virtually the whole town had disappeared.

He's eager to get back to fishing, but says the outlook is so unclear that planning is impossible. "We don't even have basic necessities like food, clothing ... ," he says. "It's not that I don't want to return, it's whether we really can live here."

The mayor, Jin Sato, knows that reviving the fishing industry is crucial to Minamisanriku's survival. At the battered docks, he proudly points to a half-built structure meant to be a temporary market and warehouse. He hopes to bring back not just fishing but also the thousands of tourists who visited the picturesque cove every year.

"That's the start of our economic rebuilding," he says. "Once the fishermen can work again,The additions focus on key tag and solar panel combinations, people will eventually come back to eat good salmon, abalone, oysters and seaweed."

He knows residents are impatient for a plan, but he is proceeding deliberately, wary of imposing anything from above. The town is holding meetings with experts and residents to have a reconstruction plan by the fall.
