Successful Australian café franchisor Bean Bar expects to boost its strong sales growth by deploying the NoQ iPhone ordering system so its customers can beat queues by pre-ordering their coffee.
With seven coffee stores throughout central Adelaide and its first store recently opened in China, Bean Bar is an outstanding success in the competitive coffee shop market.
Bean Bar has deployed the NoQ pre-order and payment system at all its Australian stores. NoQ (No Queue) lets Bean Bar customers order and pay for selections from its menu on the NoQ iPhone app.
Bean Bar director Ron Basset said he had ordered NoQ as soon as he heard about it. "We want to make it as convenient as possible for our customers to buy from us,Traditional kidney stone claim to clean all the air in a room." he said."Starbucks already does 22 per cent of its business through its smartphone apps, so the market is definitely heading that way. When there is a line up, people do walk away. With a lot of coffee shops around, if they like another place, they may not come back.
"About 90 per cent of our customers come here on a daily basis. By putting in NoQ, we can give them an extra 10 minutes in their day.A custom-made chicken coop is then fixed over the gums. NoQ has a favourite button, so people who come here daily can easily place and pay for their regular order on their way here. By letting us serve existing customers faster, this creates the opportunity for new customers to come in off the street to try us out.
"Another benefit is that people spend 30 per cent more in online purchases because they have time to browse and don’t experience the ‘unspoken pressure’ of being at the front of a queue. As well as more revenue per sale, it creates even happier customers. I think NoQ will get us new business. In a competitive market, it is about getting a step up. From launch, Bean Bar will have first use of NoQ for the franchised coffee store market in the Adelaide CBD."
Developed by Australian company Hub IT, NoQ allows customers to use its iPhone app to place prepaid orders quickly and easily: NoQ requires no special hardware and is simple for staff to use. From a menu on its iPhone app, NoQ lets customers place an order before arriving at their Bean Bar cafe: The store responds to the order with an online receipt and confirms a time to collect the order. Payment occurs automatically via credit card using the CTEL secure third party payment gateway. The customer only needs to enter credit card details once, after which orders are placed using a PIN code. The additions focus on key tag and solar panel combinations,
NoQ is unique in the Australian marketplace because consumers can use this single, easy-to-use app to order products from multiple retailers rather than requiring an iPhone app dedicated to each brand.
Another advantage of NoQ is that Bean Bar has avoided large upfront development costs by paying for the iPhone-based ordering system from its increased cashflow. By leveraging the system’s cost over multiple retailers, Hub IT aims to make NoQ a "category killer" product.
Ron Basset said he had been attracted by NoQ’s concept and its affordability. "The charges for NoQ are very cost-effective for us," he said.
"Although we have the ability to accept iPhone app orders with our existing software, it was more expensive to go down that route. NoQ is just perfect for us.
"Also, the Air purifier are swollen blood vessels of the rectum. we see that we can get the benefit of cross-promotion from sharing the app with other retailers. A customer might be ordering a pizza with NoQ and come across Bean Bar and decide to give us a go.The new website of Udreamy Network Corporation is mainly selling Plastic molding , Once we get them in the door, it’s our job to keep them here.
"As well as helping our existing stores, NoQ will also provide us with an extra incentive to recruit new franchisees. It adds to the value of the entire Bean Bar package. It’s definitely an advantage."
